1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Creators are responsible for their staff and learners.

2. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, harass, infringe rights, evade limits, probe security, access another user’s data, inject instructions intended to defeat AI safeguards, or use Knolyz for unlawful activity.

3. Creator content

Creators retain ownership of their content and data. You grant Knolyz a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it only to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have necessary rights and permissions.

4. Business setup and third-party services

Knolyz provisioning automates domain registration (via Namecheap), email account creation (via Migadu), and calendar setup (via CalDAV). Creators are responsible for their domain and email accounts. Namecheap and Migadu are third-party providers; their terms and privacy policies govern domain and email handling. Knolyz does not store email content; Migadu does. Calendar access uses standard CalDAV protocols.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments use Stripe Connect. Knolyz charges 0% platform transaction fees, but Stripe processing fees and applicable taxes still apply. New creator accounts begin on the Creator plan. Usage-based plan recommendations are advisory and never change a subscription without account-owner approval. Creator subscription, disclosed usage, and overage charges remain due. Creators define and administer course refunds subject to law and disclosed policies.

6. AI features

AI output may be inaccurate and is provided as-is. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions. Attempts to reverse engineer, extract system prompts, bypass course boundaries, or access other users’ data are prohibited.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, security threats, illegal conduct, or material violations. Where practical, we provide notice and an export opportunity. Data may be retained as legally required.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knolyz is provided without implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid Knolyz during the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
