Yes. Every plan — Base, Pro, and Growth — is free until December 1, 2026, and no card is required to start. The full platform (courses, native video, CRM, funnels, email, and AI coaching) is available on every free plan from day one.
Base is $79/month, Pro is $149/month, and Growth is $249/month, billed monthly. No annual contracts, no setup fees, no one-time platform charges. You can change or cancel your plan monthly. Usage beyond your plan’s included allowance is metered at disclosed rates — AI by tokens, and video, storage, and active learners by actual usage.
No. Signing up takes an email and a password — no payment method. You won’t be charged for the platform until pricing begins on December 1, 2026.
No. Knolyz charges a 0% platform transaction fee — course sales remain creator revenue. Only the payment processor’s fees (Stripe) and applicable taxes apply. Knolyz earns through monthly subscriptions and transparent metered overages, never a percentage of your sales.
No. Usage recommendations are advisory and never change your subscription without your approval. If you approach your included allowance you’ll see the projected cost and the recommended plan before choosing anything — no automatic upgrades, no surprise invoices.
Custom domains are billed at our cost — no markup. You pay what we pay for the domain, and the domain remains yours.

The AI coach is course-grounded: it helps each learner using only the content of the course they bought — private, specific help instead of generic answers. It is included on every plan, Base included. As with any AI, output can be inaccurate, so it shouldn’t be relied on for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions (see our AI disclaimer).
You can cancel or change plans monthly, anytime, from billing settings — there’s no lock-in. New paid subscriptions include a 14-day full-refund window; after that, paid subscription and disclosed usage charges remain due under our Terms. Refunds for the courses you sell are defined and administered by you, as the creator, subject to law and your own policies.
